A place to see a few photos and a few words about Sydney art exhibitions when you can't get there yourself. Or when you want to see photos of yourself on the internet.
“Point of Control” is an exhibition of works from Jim Shirlaw and Joel Burrows. The work from these two artists was hugely different in style and technique. However, the exhibition united them under the common theme of control.

About the show:
Sydney, Australia: ‘Qualia- the subjective qualities of conscious experience’ showcases the works of young, emerging Sydney-based artists Ernest Aaron, Ella Condon, Nicola Walkerden, Aaron Lippincott and Kasia (a.k.a. Katie Lees), exploring illusory aspects of their own personal subjective consciousness’.
On opening night (Wednesday April 14, 6-8pm), the artists invite you to join them for drinks and a performance by Kasia- ‘A Voyeur’s Answer’ from 6:00pm. Running 14 April until 28 April 2010, Qualia is an exhibition of works ranging in media from photography to sound and performance art, painting, and ceramic/soft sculpture installation.
